Welcome to Casa Toro, a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms colonial style home with private pool for you to enjoy. You will be close to everything from shopping at the local markets, and grocery stores, to eating at many of the local restaurants. You will be situated within just a few blocks to the beach, when you stay at this centrally located home in Bucerias. This is the home away from home in paradise.

The space
From the time you walk through the front door, you will feel the open concept of living spaces.
The Living Room with ample seating and large screen smart TV, with WIFI throughout the property.
A fully stocked Kitchen with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and filtered drinking water at the sink, all you need is to just grab your groceries. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and for 6 at the dining room table as well as the outdoor dining for 6 people by poolside. You have a 3 piece bathroom to complete this main level space.
As you move upstairs with the traditional iron work and pagoda wood handrails, you cannot miss the high ceilings with the beautiful cúpula ceiling detail.
Here you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and A/C unit with remote controls.
The back yard is for relaxing with seating on both ends of the pool. Beautifully landscaped showcasing the private pool and dining area.
The outside shower, please use to rinse off the sand from the beach prior to entering the house.

Guests have access to the full house. It is private, secure and not a shared space.
