Entire Property – house, patios – front and back and fruiting garden.

Other things to note

This house is on top of a hill “Loma Bontia”. The streets are cobblestone and the sidewalk is uneven. You must love CLIMBING and rugged terrain.

Pet parents must always use furniture covers. Blankets are provided under the dining room table. Optional full “matrimonial” sized mattress protectors have been provided.

The house is cooled in two ways. The first floor bedroom is sealed by the door and window and has a mini-split a/c. The second floor bedroom is cooled by a fan and ocean breezes because it no door or window screens.

Stepless entry involves an inclined driveway, 25’ of stones and a narrow gate. The gate can me removed for long term guests. Please inquire.
