We first visited Mexico in 1992 and immediately fell in love. Since then, it has become our annual holiday destination, with occasional visits twice a year.

We always knew that someday, when the timing was right, Mexico would be our permanent home. Eight years ago, we purchased Casa Alegria in Bucerias. Our intention was to share our home and this beautiful town with friends, family, and anyone we met, so we listed it on VRBO and Airbnb.

Throughout the eight years of managing Casa Alegria, which included major renovations, we discovered our passion for property management. Along the way, we’ve built a professional and reliable team comprising various professions, from housekeeping and maintenance to skilled tradespeople. We’re incredibly grateful to collaborate with such a wonderful group of individuals.

I first visited Bucerias in 1985, I spent the winter with my grandparents and their many dogs.  They were proud snowbirds, who were fully retired and living in their motorhome travelling all over.   We travelled from Surrey, BC Canada down the coast through the United States and entered Mexico through Nogales.  We spent almost 5 weeks in Bucerias at Frank’s place, one of the RV Parks where we could literally back right onto the beach.   I grew to love Bucerias and all the wonderful people I met.

30 years later,  I came back with my husband, James to Bucerias where we took our next big step in making our plans and dreams come to fruition.

It started in 2016, with the purchase of Casa Alegria our dream,  “Our Home Away From Home In Paradise”.

Then in 2024,  All Points Bay Property Management was created  with our motto “Going Above And Beyond”
